In the Taoist Five Element System, Summer relates to the Fire Element. It’s the time to reignite creativity, expression and playfulness. The Summer Intensive will focus on cultivating core strength, enhancing circulation and digestion. Feel grounded and calm, gain heaps of energy and a clear mind. Experience heartfelt connection with self and others – regain your love for life!

Okido Yoga practices offered in the Summer Intensive include asana, zen meridian exercises, sound, shiatsu and meditation. Being mindful and wholehearted is the focus of all the practices.
All levels of flexibility and experience are welcome.
Includes a Community Breakfast each Friday and daily Medicinal Teas
