SOTAI THERAPY uses comfortable strain-free movements to balance irregularities of the neuromusculoskeletal system.
Sotai is effective for injuries, imbalances and a useful tool for yoga students and teachers, shiatsu therapists and other bodyworkers.
Saburo Ishii, master teacher, practitioner and author, has beenthe director the Tokyo Family Yoga School for more than 35 years. He’s taught widely in Japan, Australia, Taiwan, India, USA and Brazil. Saburo originally studied Sotai Therapy with Keizo Hashimoto, MD, the founder of Sotai Therapy. He’s also integrated Sotai Therapy into the Yoga Teacher Training courses offered at Family Yoga.
CPDE points apply and a certificate of attendance provided.
