The Autumn Equinox heralds the transition from Summer to the cooler seasons. Day and night are equal and Autumn is the time to reflect, let go and move on to the new reality. Enjoy a Sunday morning workshop of zen yoga, shiatsu and guided visualisation....to support you at this time and create vitality and optimism!
The focus will be on opening and strengthening the mind, body and heart.
Includes yoga stretches and asanas for Autumn and self massage for the season. Also useful information for Autumn cooking, affirmations and health tips.
