Optimise your fertility with our fertility yoga workshop for couples and singles.
Starting a family is a wonderful time that can be emotionally challenging - whether you are trying to conceive naturally or you have started fertility treatments, you can optimise your fertility journey and reduce overall stress and anxiety through yoga.
Our 5 week course focuses on restorative poses, breathing techniques and meditation designed to increase blood flow to the reproductive organs and pelvic area (the sacral chakra) while reducing tension in the body and increasing relaxation. You will feel more in tune with your body, cultivating awareness and trust while restoring both physical and emotional balance.
When: Monday evenings commencing July 16 for 5 weeks
Cost: $250 per couple or $125 single
