Yoga helps Tweens (8-12yrs) learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, while having fun with their friends.
Tweens Yoga provides older children and pre-teens with a safe space to explore more complex Yoga poses as well developmentally-appropriate breathing exercises, creative movement games, and much needed relaxation techniques.
Classes are fun, expressive, thoughtful and structured - even finishing with a little neck massage treat!
Join Penny Kidd, in her element teaching Tweens Yoga.

This is a 10-week term.
Wednesdays 4pm 5th February to 9th April 2014 inclusive.
