Mummy & Me yoga course

The classes focus on postures specifically designed for the postnatal months.  The yoga postures help your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way.  Your baby practices a unique sequence of movements that assist in his/her postural development from lying to walking. The classes include special activites to bond with your baby and connect with other mothers.

Eight week course
