Most of us l know that yoga can help heal people suffering from all sorts of physical conditions, but it also helps us with conditions of the mind such as stress, anxiety, depression and more. Learn how and what to practice when our emotions get the best of us. Patrick has a Science degree with a double major in Human anatomy and physiology with Human movement. Working as a Naturopath and Remedial therapist since 1997, he has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1994. Patrick currently teaches at Clifton Hill Yoga School in Melbourne and is completing a graduate masters in occupational therapy. This experience allows him to share what he has leant from academia along with Yoga’s many practical applications.
