Yoga Cancer Support Workshop

This workshop is an introduction to how yoga can support you through a diagnosis of cancer, during treatment and beyond.

You will learn gentle poses, breathing techniques and meditation to assist you in managing your health throughout your experience with cancer and connect with other people healing from cancer in a positive and supportive environment.

Taught by Donna Gianniotis, a yoga teacher who has gone through breast cancer herself, you'll discover simple exercises that you can do in your own time at home and learn how to self-nurture yourself during this time.

This workshop is open to people at all stages of their treatment and also for cancer patient carers and support people.

Donna Gianniotis is an experienced yoga teacher who specialises in supporting students who are going through treatment for cancer. Having been through treatment for breast cancer herself, Donna is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
