When fatigued, often back extensions are prescribed. However, when lethargy is too great we tend to avoid this valuable medicine. 

By accepting the support of the props (chairs, ropes, blocks and blankets) and learning to use them with intelligence and sensitivity, we can reap the rewards of a back bending practice without draining precious energy. 

Saturday Series workshops are suitable for Iyengar Yoga practitioners Level 3 & up with a consistent personal practice that includes Inversions.
