Through a combination of twists and exploration of the hips, groins, quadriceps and buttocks, we will pave a pathway to deeper more advanced forward extensions.

Saturday Series workshops are suitable for Iyengar Yoga practitioners Level 3 & up with a consistent personal practice that includes Inversions.
