Drop in, lift in, roll in, balance in! This workshop will explore the different ways to enter the “baby” arm balances, seeing what we gain and what we lose from the different pathways in, and in this way, better understand the complexity of the poses, what is required beyond the merely staying balanced in space – we will explore how to do from a balanced place within. 

Saturday Series workshops are suitable for Iyengar Yoga practitioners Level 3 & up with a consistent personal practice that includes Inversions.
