Description
Join Sarah to welcome in the New Year (where did the last one go?) and set your intentions for 2020. If your New Year Resolution is to do more yoga, this is a good way to start. If you don’t make resolutions, this is still a good kick start to the New Year!
Intensives are a great way to deepen your practice, learn new ways to approach familiar poses and introduce new ones to your repertoire in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
Suitable for Students with at least 6 months’ experience of Iyengar Yoga & a good understanding of Shoulder Stand.
Dates: Thursday 2nd –Sunday 5th Janaury 2020, Thursday and Friday 6-8 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9-11 am Investment: $160
