MAKE THE LEAP - SATURDAY IYENGAR YOGA WORKSHOP WITH TAMAR KELLY
Making the jump from level 2 - level 3 can be daunting. This workshop is designed to breakdown those poses that might overwhelm us, making us disinclined to make that leap.
Level 3 is also a class for those who are ready to work intelligently within the class, making modifications to poses that are as yet out of reach in their classical form.
Spend the workshop laying the foundations to the fundamental poses of the level 3 syllabus, so that you can comfortably and safely make the move forward in your practice.
