Easter Yoga Intensive with Sarah Bourne
New Year Resolutions are all well and good, but so often life gets in the way and they fall by the wayside!
An Easter Yoga Intensive is a great way to get focussed again.
In four 2 hour sessions over the Easter Weekend, Sarah Bourne will lead you through Asana and Pranayama practices to re-invigorate, replenish and restore.
Sarah’s aim is to help you connect with your body, mind and breath to promote health and vitality and deepen your yoga practice.
This Intensive is suitable for Level 1 Students and above
Date: Friday 25th– Monday 28th of March 2016
Time: Friday 25th 12-2pm, Saturday 26th 12-2pm , Sunday 27th 8-10am and Monday 28th 8-10am
