Description
Valentines Day is traditionally a day to spend with your beloved recognising and celebrating the love that you share, but as an added layer to that intention, it is also about SELF LOVE, self care and self honoring.
The feminine energy - your own individual expression of it as well as the collective vibration - deserves a day of pampering, healing, balancing and empowering, and so I have created a lush 3 hour immersion to do just that. A half day to bring you back into your heart, your centre, your highest mind and your truth where you see yourself as the goddess and light being that you truly are.
We'll begin with a sharing circle to voice our truth in sacred ritual and set your love promises for 2017 surrounded by other women in the same heart space, and then move into one of my deliciously deep signature practices full of stress-unraveling, tension-dissolving, hormone-balancing sequences that will leave you feeling soft, clear and relaxed beyond next level.
During your savasana you will receive a divine facial massage with essential oils (or a hand or foot one if you prefer) as you drift off into bliss listening to a soul soothing soundtrack.
Herbal tea, organic chocolate and a little surprise will follow before you float back home or off to pick up the kids... in your new, completely calm and grounded self... ready to be spoiled and loved up by your beloved later in the evening!!
