Do you have trouble breathing during your yoga practice?
This workshop will start with Exercise Therapist and Yoga teacher Tim Almond teaching us how to assess, correct and sustain strong breathing mechanics specific to a yoga practice. You will learn how your yoga practice plus many other factors in your life can benefit from changing the way you breathe.
Alex will then take us through a juicy Vinyasa flow implementing the breathing tools we have learnt with Tim, preparing us for a guided meditation and long peaceful Savasana.
Tim is a passionate Yogi, Exercise Therapist and the Director at Box 33 Personal Training Studio. He is a highly qualified Strength & Movement educator. Alex is a yoga and meditation teacher and the owner of Yoga Sita who is dedicated to spreading the benefits of yoga creating optimal health in body, mind and soul. Together they run the retreats company, Live Love Grow Retreats.
