Description

Do you have trouble with your balance in yoga or in everyday life? 

Co-taught by Tim and Alexandra this workshop is beneficial for any level of yoga practitioner and it is also especially beneficial for yoga teachers enabling you to pass on this valuable information to your own students.

Tim will educate and take us through a series of exercises addressing our vestibular system, including why our balance may be out and ways to improve it. Keeping our balance is a very important aspect of healthy ageing and remaining strong and stable in our life and yoga practice.

Alexandra will then take us through a yoga asana practice focusing on balance and integrating what we have learnt from Tim.

Tim is a passionate Yoga teacher, Exercise Therapist and the Director at Box 33 Personal Training Studio. He is a highly qualified Strength & Movement educator. Alexandra is a yoga and meditation teacher, embodiment coach and the owner of Yoga Sita who is dedicated to spreading the benefits of yoga creating optimal health in body, mind and soul. Together they run the retreats company, Live Love Grow Retreats.
