Whether you are looking to deepen or begin your yoga practice, contemplate where you want to go with your life, explore ways to de-stress or simply take some well earned time out, this retreat is the ideal answer. Explore the balance between ease and effort through gentle asana practice, guided relaxation and meditation with an emphasis on creativity and ease of flow between postures – a moving meditation.

Yoga is a practice of awareness: body, breath and mind – the vehicles through which one finds harmony and connection with spirit. This retreat is paced to offer a gentle, meditative practice that allows you the opportunity to sink deeper into the asanas and gain a thorough awareness of your body’s needs.

A Typical Retreat Day 

Asana Practice 7:30-9:00 am – Our daily practice of breathing, physical postures and relaxation begins in the yoga space each morning.  The level of the class is gentle to intermediate; it will be adjusted to the abilities of the participants with the aim of the morning being to deepen your practice.

Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation): 11:15 am – 12 noon

Relaxation Free Time 12 noon – 5.00 pm – Finding relaxation in our every day lives is often challenging.  Four hours of “me time”  is scheduled during the retreat with time for spa treatments, swimming or time just to be. This is your chance to harmonize with the natural environment and take time for your own exploration and rejuvenation.

Moving Inward 5:00 – 6.15pm – Our afternoon practice will be a combination of meditation, chanting and restorative yoga.  We will explore techniques to combat stress and anxiety, so you feel empowered to incorporate these tools as needed into your day. This week long retreat provides an opportunity to move more deeply into your own awareness and growth.

Schedule / Itinerary

The programme is structured around morning workshops with afternoons for activities and free time to enjoy a massage, go snorkelling, or relax by the pool.

Note: the order of workshops may vary depending upon weather conditions.The listed activities are part of the course and are covered by your fees. If you want to add on extra excursions, eg. diving, you are welcome to do so and they will be added to your bill.


Arrive in Nadi and take connecting domestic flight to Savusavu. Transfer to Daku Resort.
