Description

Each of 6 session builds on the previous one. You will be given the inputs for home practice.


What you will learn

  1. You will learn to observe bodily sensations for entering the state of 'Kaya Sthairyam' (inner stillness). Through mindfulness of Prana (Vital energy) you will evoke the felt sense of inner light in the hear centre.
  2. Applying a basic concentration technique with the breath and sound, you will discover the felt sense of Chidakash (inner space) and you will be able to expand your consciousness recalling systematically different past events
  3. Using the technique of imagination and visualisation for self-inquiry, by exploring your emotional and cognitive response to different natural and social situations, you will be able to understand the origin of your moods and awake the feeling of inner freedom.
