Saturday 23 February 2 - 5pm. Bookings Required.
A workshop focusing on INVERSIONS. Float, balance, fly and be BRAVE as you are guided through an empowering, rejuvenating afternoon of poses that will literally turn your world upside down!
The workshop will include asana, pranayama, meditation and lots of inversions.
