Thursday 27 December to Tuesday 1 January 2019

A retreat especially for this auspicious time of year to transition with focus and intention into 2016. 
Within the beautiful surrounds of the NSW Royal National Park & the Pristine South Coast Beaches this retreat is the perfect way to start the New Year and bring back that feeling of health, joy & clarity.

Cost: $1420 for shared accommodation. Other options available including camping.
Includes: accommodation, all meals & all yoga programs.

6 - 8am yoga & meditation class either at the venue or the grass area next to Stanwell Park beach with time for a dip in the ocean!

8am breakfast

10am 2 x morning workshops with MM Swami Jasraj Puri
          1 x waterfall adventure in the national park*

12.30pm lunch

free time

3.30pm yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation)

4.30pm yoga & pranayama class with an inspiring & informative focus

6pm dinner

7.30 - 8.30pm satsang and meditation

Also included is: time by yourself, time with others and periods of silence. Bush walks, ocean swims & New Years Eve bonfire and ritual.
