On Sunday the 21st June, we will be offering you the chance to participate in a 2 hour class, that will include Yogic Relaxation (Yoga Nidra), Asanas and Yoga postures for the health of the digestive system and awakening of ones energy, Meditation, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Yoga Philosophy for Living Yogic principles to enhance harmony in everyday life.
