Learn about the Yogic Ayurvedic diet and ways to get all you need from vegetarian nutrition, including some delicious recipes and a cooking demonstration. We will finish with a meal and questions.

Recipes will be provided as a guide but the real emphasis is on the techniques you can use for so many dishes – so your kitchen becomes a pleasant adventure, with meals that always taste good.
