Take your yoga to a deeper level by stretching and balancing with another person. Support each other to obtain balance, and alignment. Partner yoga allows you to move deeper into a posture and at the same time often deeper into your emotional body. Partner yoga is not limited to couples and can be enjoyed by anyone. Come with or without a partner, we will partner up within the group.
By trusting another person, you deepen your ability to trust yourself, both in yoga and life. Breathe together, touch is healing.
This class is suitable for everyone, and is adaptable also to pregnant women. The class does not involve the acrobatic aspect of acroyoga but a deep stretch connecting together, and also some strength work at ground level, incorporating the support of another person. This class is great for anyone wanting to ease their way towards acroyoga or anyone looking for a fun way to practice with other people without having to ‘fly’ as in acroyoga.
