Flying Yoga Classes

Come and join our flying yoga class on Mon Sept 3rd from 7pm -8.30pm and Friday Sept 7th 7pm - 9pm

Flying yoga is designed to bring people together, feeling the connection of energies. Develop the physical body and at the same time strengthen the emotional and spiritual bodies.

Feel your heart open and fill with goodness as you laugh, stretch, twist, balance,fly, nurture, embrace. We will also combine some wonderful Thai Yoga massage techniques in the class to stretch, nourish and nurture. Come with or without a partner. Connect, share, your energies and meet people., A complete bundle of fun, energetic, yet soothing, nurturing and loving. Learn some cool fun balances and fly together!! Feel alive as we all share together the joy of flying yoga. Laugh, love and be free !

Cost is $20 per 90 minute class, $25 for a 2 hour class
