This workshop aims at teaching you to develop your awareness and understanding of your body. You are the most qualified person to explore and know your body! This workshop aims at empowering you to become your own physical diagnostician and eventually your own therapist.
Monica will show you a variety of stretches and challenges to discover your restricted or weak areas. Many of these become the very tools you need to balance and heal.
