No effort is required as a divine sound scape is created to hold space......simply lay back, breathe and relax, allowing a release and renewal of your being
Please bring yoga mats, cushions & blankets for your comfort, and some drinking water

About our presenter:
Michelle Byrne is the creative director of Shanti Sound, offering workshops incorporating voice and therapeutic sound, along with performance of contemporary and sacred World Music. Coming to the Yoga of Sound from a musical background, Michelle is an Adelaide based musician, singer-songwriter, performer and singing teacher. Michelle studied voice at Adelaide Conservatorium and TAFE and holds a Diploma of Music, a Diploma in Group Sound Therapy and is currently completing a Diploma of Practitioner of Sound Therapy with the British Academy of Sound Therapy.www.shantisound.com.au
