Description

A Peaceful Connection to Self & Baby

  • gentle poses and sequences to help you maintain some strength and flexibility during pregnancy,
  • poses and breathing techniques that may be helpful during labour and birth,
  • practices to help you regain your  vital core and upper body strength post-pregnancy, and
  • will finish with a Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation session).
This will also be an opportunity for you to meet other pregnant women in your area, share a cuppa and have chat after the class. Who knows, if we get enough interest there may even be the opportunity to run a regular weekly class.
