This workshop will introduce a beginner to Flying Yoga, and will challenge the practising Acro yogi with new transitions. We will share skills accessible to all levels of practice and body allowing you to experience the joy of flight.
In a safe and nurturing environment, we cultivate trust, confidence, loving kindness and playfulness through asana, strength conditioning, partner stretching, counterbalances, inversions & Thai massage elements.
During these classes you will work in many different partnerships with new and old friends as you safely and successfully experience the three roles of base, flyer and spotter.
No experience necessary. No partner needed. Just bring your willingness to play and have fun!
