Tailored for pregnant yogis, but also suitable for anyone who wants to slow down their yoga flow, this feature class will have you flowing and stretching in a calm, conscious way, focusing inward on your breath and listening to your body.
This class will start slowly with restorative holds to slow you down and bring you into the room. We'll warm up with some gentle sun salutes and standing positions before red turning to the floor to ground ourselves back down with restorative stretching and meditative holds.
Paula, our PreNatal specialist teacher and new Yogi Mum, will offer full modifications and education for prenatal yogis making this a perfect way to learn to adjust and listen to your own body to make this practice your own. Anyone new or old to yoga who just want to take it a bit slower, are also very welcome.
Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
