Description

Enjoy a fresh start to the year beginning each day with yoga by the beach.

Over these five mornings we will explore reconnecting with our inner-most – the innate essence of our being.

Through this reconnection we can begin to experience how lovely it feels when we move the body in a way that is gentle and connected. We can then learn to take this connection from the mat into how we live our life – which is yoga.

On the five mornings we will enjoy:

  • Reconnecting to our inner-most
  • Moving the body from connection
  • Exercises to stretch and strengthen the body
  • Gentle breathing
  • Meditation
  • Deep relaxation

This intensive is open to all levels from the complete beginner to the more advanced.
