After years of experience in the yoga community as students and teachers, Yolande Hyde and Fabio Fabbri have combined their considerable talents in Ayurveda, 5 Element Theory, Japanese Yoga, Classical Hatha, Vinyasa and various yoga therapies to bring this course together, with the support of a team of high calibre teachers from the local yoga community.
With 22 years experience on the mat, senior seasonal hatha yoga teacher Yolande fuses the Taoist 5 elements with traditional yoga posture and sequence to create a blended form that is both corrective and innovative, free flowing and light of heart. Yolande’s creative class sequencing, woven storytelling, compassion and warmth are the strengths that she brings to the mat and her deep understanding of seasonal attunement through food, yogic practices and yogic philosophies extend far beyond the mat and will reach into your life.
A dedicated senior teacher and serious practitioner of both classical Hatha and Vinyasa styles for more than 12 years, Fabio’s gentle presence and reassuring approach uplifts, inspires and enriches. In his classes and private sessions Fabio’s main goal is to increase people’s self-awareness, allowing their experience of Yoga to be extended into their daily life. His passion and humour are very much felt through his teaching, where individuality is emphasized, and so is a great respect for the ancient traditions.
