Next course commences Tuesday July 14th
Yoga is a wonderful gift to give your child. Practising yoga can help to improve concentration, to balance mood-swings, to enhance the quality of sleep and co-ordination, as well as making your little ones calmer and more relaxed. This course is designed as an introduction to yoga for children with basic yoga postures and some meditation.
