PLease join me and like minded people, every second Tuesday at 8:30pm, to discover new ways to meditate, concentrate, develop a better relationship with Self and understand your own essence. You will be introduced to a variety of techniques to help you still the mind, includng breath awareness, creative visualisation, sound and movement. We will also talk about a strategies to deal with every day stresses, explore the concept of active awareness and discernerment, and work with energy management.4
