Whispers of Wellness Studio offers Yoga and Matwork Pilates classes in the Richlands area, with the intent of increasing your health and well-being in a fun, relaxed, casual atmosphere. Current classes offered include; Yoga, Pilates, Yoga for the Golden Oldies and Grey Power Pilates. 'Whispers of Wellness' is located at Unit 4, 30 Kelliher Rd, Richlands. Whispers of Wellness is an air-conditioned studio, with mirrors for precision of movement and available parking.  Please note that bookings are required, Whispers of Wellness is not a walk-in studio.

Yoga

Want to feel relaxed? Want to walk out of an exercise class feeling taller and knowing that you did something good for your body? Whispers of Wellness' Yoga Classes are for you! Incorporating both Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga into a program designed specifically to increase your well-being, these are classes that will have you feeling lighter, happier and healthier. Stretching the body helps to bring blood flow back to muscles, can ease headaches and neck pains and restore movement to the spine. If you want to do something good for your body, and get a handle on the stress of daily life, why not give Yoga a go? All of the Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and named in accordance with the time of day and position of the sun. 

Matwork Pilates

The aim of the Matwork Pilates classes is to strengthen and tone the body while it is at its most lengthened and relaxed state. The results from this being that you work deeper muscles and see results quicker. The occasional inclusion of light weights and exercise blocks is to ensure that you are also strengthening the outer-most muscles and getting a total-body workout. The Matwork Pilates classes incorporate the fundamental aspects of traditional Pilates as well as including modern knowledge and techniques in relation to exercise. If you want to feel pulled in, have flatter abs and a perkier behind, then this class is for you!

Yoga For The Golden Oldies

Yoga for the Golden Oldies is a 30 minute exercise class tailored specifically to suit the needs of people in their Golden Years. While gentle, the stretches included will help to ensure that the body remains flexible and that movement remains comfortable. Yoga will assist you in remaining mobile and active whilst not pushing you beyond your limits. These classes aim to prolong the suppleness of your body and encourage good joint and overall health. Please note that these classes are also open to those wishing to gently ease their body into exercise or those just wanting to attend a 30 minute class. 

Grey Power Pilates
