Yin Yoga Sunday Sessions allow you to slow down, sink deep into self & find your stillness. In this stillness you can tap into your meditation bandwidth. Yin Yoga involves mindfully dwelling in seated or lying yoga poses for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice will nourish the organs & connective tissues; enhance healing, mobility & flexibility; stimulate meridian pathways; release stress & energy blockages; and harmonize body, mind & soul.
Suitability: for all levels including beginners.
