Description

The first of our semi-regular Fifth Friday Philosophy discussions for 2014 will be on Friday the 31st of January at 7:15pm.

During these ongoing sessions we have the chance delve into the non-physical aspects of our Yoga practice, and learn how to use the tools of asana, pranayama, and meditation to uncover the nature of the mind in order to live life fully and joyfully in every moment.
