The general level classes are ideal for new comers to yoga or for those wanting to consolidate their practice. General yoga poses are practised with stretching & relaxation as the main focus.

Students are encouraged to sign up for a series of sessions. This allows you to work progressively week by week, developing skills & techniques to help you reach your full potential.
