The general level classes are ideal for new comers to yoga or for those wanting to consolidate their practice. General yoga poses are practiced with stretching & relaxation as the main focus.

* Private yoga sessions are available for those keen to advance their yoga practice, have special needs or wish to experience the benefits of using props. Contact me to discuss your needs 0402 551 489 –


Students are encouraged to sign up for a series of sessions. This allows you to work progressively week by week, developing skills & techniques to help you reach your full potential. Committed students really notice the benefits that come from a regular yoga practice, with improvement to their physical posture, mental state & quality of breath.

We will work with attentive care to provide a COVID-safe space. QR code check-ins will be required for entry along with proof of vaccination status, as per NSW government regulations. We will continue with distancing, sanitising and mask compliance.
