HI, THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY SEASONAL YOGA INTENSIVES

@ WELLNESS CENTRE in PORT STEPHENS.

These yoga intensives are designed to enhance & bring a deeper understanding of the yoga asanas by working them in a practical & safe way. The aim is to focus on the different asana groups & look at them in more detail than in general class. Working this way brings you to a cellular level & helps to develop strength in the body & clarity in the mind. All levels are welcome.
