Description

HI, THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST IN OUR 4 x CHAIR YOGA WORKSHOPS @ LOTUS HEALTH.

 

4 x CHAIR YOGA WORKSHOPS:

4 consecutive Sundays of asanas (postures) incorporating a chair.

Suitable for those with at least 6 months of regular asana practice.

 

Each session will follow a different focus with the aid of a chair to help deepen your practice & improve your general well-being.

Dates:  

* 27 July  Stretch & Flex with Vim

* 03 August  Shoulders & Chest with Vim

* 10 August  Hips & Abs with Rosemary

* 17 August  Rest & Relax with Rosemary

 

Time: 10.00am to 12.00pm weekly

To receive the full benefit & achieve the aim of the workshops it is recommended to complete the series. However, it is possible to attend the workshops independently.

 

What to bring: mats are provided for those who don't wish to bring their own.

What to wear: something loose & comfort.
