An awareness workshop on keeping the knees safe in yoga.
The knees are transitional joints and play a vital role in yoga yet they are often prone to injury. Developing safe ways to take a knee into a pose will significantly reduce the risk of injury and maximise stability and balance.
In this workshop we examine ways to look after the health of the knees in different standing and sitting poses and explore the relationship of the knees to the hips and ankles.
