Always wanted to try yoga but worried about joining a class of people who already know what they're doing?Feeling stiff? Want to improve your flexibility and feel calmer? Yoga is an ideal counter balance for active sports or sedentary activities.This beginners workshop is a good way to discover yoga and/or prepare yourself for a regular yoga class.
If yoga is new to you or you need a ‘refresher’ this workshop is for you. Over the two sessions, you will do active and restorative poses. It is suitable for all ages and levels of flexibility. What should I wear? Comfortable light exercise clothes e.g. bicycle shorts, leggings and T-shirt or singlet. Clean bare feet. Call or email us to book and confirm your spot. Class size - maximum 12.
