This workshop is for first timers - men and women interested in Iyengar yoga who haven't tried it yet.
Two sessions in the day give you a chance to experience some of what an Iyengar yoga practice has to offer.
Classes can be active, energetic and stimulating and also restorative and restful.
Iyengar Yoga is a wholistic practice that nurtures all the sytems of the body - nervous, digestive, hormonal, lymphatic.
It 's practise develops mindfulness and concentration and provides valuable me-time, the perfect antidote to modern life!
Small class sizes ensure individual attention from highly qualified Iyengar teachers.
