This workshop will work primarily with asanas that are good to practice during the cooler winter months when we tend to hibernate, move less and life becomes more introspective.
Certain asanas warm up the body and help stiffness. Others help to keep the immune system healthy.
Come and join us, everyone from beginners with some experience to more experienced practitioners are welcome.
