This class is suitable to anyone would like to experience a yoga practice with mindfulness moment. Non experience is required.
" Yin Yoga practice requires us to develop presence by settling the attention and noticing what is happening in any given moment.
The YIn yogi has a willingness to feel and respect their limitations with the equanimity of interest. The Yin yogi uses energy cultivation and calm abiding to create an environment of non-violence and inquiry.
