Prenatal Partner Yoga is a yoga practice that uses shared weight, massage, counter balancing and mutually supportive yoga asanas (postures) to prepare for childbirth and alleviate some of the discomforts in pregnancy. Taught by Yoga Teacher & mother of 2, Vicki Nguyen, who has been teaching Prenatal Yoga for tenyears. The process of birthing and parenting her Children brought a new emphasis to her teaching training her to complete Prenatal Yoga teacher training with Janice Clarefield. Vicki finds it incredibly rewarding to be a part of people's journey towards parenthood, join her for fun morning of Partner Asana, Pranayama & relaxation. Particular emphasis will be placed on the labour experience, ideal positions for delivery, breathing techniques for delivery, & guided visualisation.
