This workshop is for general interest to health your own health, yoga teachers to assist their clients with pelvis & breast energy flow and teachers who wish to learn to teach full women's health classes!!

Energy flow through the pelvis, bladder strength, breast health, fertility, eliminating period pain & endometriosis, find your internal power and strength!!!

Zen Ki Yoga® targets directly into the pelvis, fallopian tubes, bladder, ovaries and colon - all affecting women's health issues.  Learn how to get the energy flow through the breasts for optimum health and how to address each issue with meridians and yoga poses.

This 5-hour workshop is designed to help anyone interested in healing one's own health, as well as yoga instructors seeking to assist their clients with pelvis & breast energy flow AND those who wish to offer sessions on women's health.

Topics to be covered are: 

  • Energy flow through the pelvis, bladder strength, breast health, fertility, eliminating period pain & endometriosis,

  • finding one's internal power and strength,

  • becoming more grounded, sane and centred,

  • Learn why your colon and bladder can cause period pain and how to fix it,

  • Learn how to get the energy flow through the breasts for optimum health and how to address each issue with meridians and yoga poses,

  • Learn movements to improve women's health as well as yoga postures which may be integrated into classes of any style.
