Caroline worked as a physiotherapist for 13 years in both the UK and NZ before having her third son and moving to Perth with her family. Practicing yoga for more than 15 years, it was “after finding Tamara on our arrival in Perth 6 years ago, I fell in love with the added teachings of pranayama and yoga philosophy which I had not come across previously. Longing to be able to guide people back to health and activity, yoga felt like the natural next step, with the more holistic integration of mind, body and breath. I have always had an interest in eastern medicine, stemming from acupuncture practice, and this has grown with my yoga practice.
