You will leave class with Bridget with lightness and a smile, as you feel reconnected to self, your own strength and your potential. Her love for yoga stems from the search for peace in chaotic surrounds. The concept of finding your centre, and being able to flow with whatever may happen, is one that Bridget applies to every class. Attending yoga with her mother from a young age, she developed a strong interest in the benefits of physical practice, meditation and relaxation, which materialised into a desire to teach and share the knowledge of the profound benefits of yoga. Bridget has completed a Bachelor of Legal Studies and is currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor. Human rights and gender equality are a driving force in her life. Her teaching draws on the belief that you can only give to the world what you have, and so you must start with yourself if you want to change the world. In her classes Bridget draws on the whole of yoga philosophy in order to facilitate your journey towards strength, flexibility and stillness.
