Pregnant Mums and your partners are invited to join us for a beautiful 2 hour workshop leading you through yoga practises that help you to strengthen, rejuvenate, restore and enjoy your pregnancy with ease. Plus lots of Pre and Post natal care advice demonstrating how you can thrive and create a nourishing, healthy environment for yourself and your growing baby, then how to help you recover, restore and deeply care for yourself, each other and your baby in the post natal period
Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
